AirPods 3 require iOS 13, so it will show pop up sync on that old an OS?

how can that be? Wouldn't someone have data mined the graphic of AirPods 3 in the OS if that were the case?

Or is the graphic derived from the device itself and not OS?

or is iOS 13 min requirement just to be able to pair it over Settings->Bluetooth like it were any ordinary Bluetooth Headphones?

I'm wondering because I'm on iOS 14 across the board, not iOS 15. Have not yet updated.
