AirPods balance keeps drifting on macOS

Any of my AirPods will suddenly drift its output balance more to the left than right.

Apparently this issue has been going on for so long that a developer made an app to lock its balance. I'm perplexed why Apple has not done anything to fix this.

But rather than be reliant on an app to simply fix this, I was wondering if anyone know the actual cause for it drifting?

What app has been made to fix this? I have had this problem for 6 months and to fix this, I have to go to Sound in System Preferences and move the balance to the center whenever I connect my Airpods Pro.

What is up with this??? I noticed on my AirPods 3 on Mac OS the balance is slightly left every time I boot up my Mac ...
