I've had my Airpods over a year now. About 5 months into it, I replaced my right airpod since it had some issues. Today, I listened to my iPhone for longer than 2 hours. My left airpod was at 10%. Right airpod at 45%. Both started at 100% in the morning. And I never use one airpod more than the other, so I was surprised that the older left airpod's battery isn't holding much charge anymore.

Those that have had their Airpods for over a year: how are your batteries holding up?

I’ve had mine since launch day. I generally use the left one for listening to music and taking calls much more than the right. I do this because I do reporting in the morning and need to be able to hear my surroundings and it allows me to take phone calls. I mainly listen to both when mowing the lawn or watching a movie on my iPad. I’ve had mine in for about 30 mins this morning and it’s lost 20%. It would last 5+ hours when new now I’m getting 3-3.5 hours on the left. I have not tested the right.
