Airpods Battery at max volume.

Hey guys, my Airpods last about 3 hours at max volume.

Is this considered normal? I think Apple claimed 5 hours at 50% volume, so are mine ok based on this?

How old are they? I have had mine since day 1 and last about 2.5-3 hours. I have noticed as they age they lose battery life.

They are 8 months old. I would like to hear what the battery life of brand new airpods is at 100% volume. Anyone with fairly new airpods can test this and report? I’d appreciate that.

I was curious if anyone noticed this as well. I've had mine since day 1 and use them mostly every day. I'm now lucky to get them to last 1-2hours and I noticed that they never charge to 100% when in the airpod case and this includes if the case is connected to a power source.

Try to burn down the battery with 50% volume...

Probably more reliable than some random Joe pulling a number from his behind.
