AirPods - Button Pressed - Indicator 'White Solid'

Anyone had an issue with their AirPods when purchased, not pairing at all ?? I opened it and it was blinking green. I contacted service and no luck and asked me to send it for service.

They were trying to get the AirPods to blink White instead of solid. I tried and tried, got me reseting the phone by switching the off and on, Bluetooth off for 30 seconds then back on. Nothing.

Any ideas if anyone had this issue? Currently waiting for the battery to die and recharge it again and see what happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try pairing another way, as I'm not sure if pressing the button's essential for IOS devices (I presume you have a iPhone);

Flip open Airpods lid,
Go into Bluetooth settings on iPhone,
Wait for your Airpods to show up,
Select Airpods to pair.

Are you pressing and holding the button on the air pods. Hold it down until it flashes white

No Sign of the AirPods listed in the bluetooth list

It never blinks, it stays white solid
