Sometimes when i grab the Airpods and put them into my ears - only 1 connects - the other is silent. It can happen with left or right and doesn't really matter if i pick out the right or left first.

Then i put them back in the case and usually both connect after this.

Anyone else has this problem?

This is happening with iPhone XS and Macbook nTB 2017.

This happened to me with a pair. I unpaired and re-paired the AirPods and still nothing. I then reset my phone and the AirPods have been functioning normally since.

Sometimes mine drop connection with my Mac or iPhone and it will still say "connected" in the Bluetooth menu. Other times it says "disconnected." No idea if it's normal or not, since these are my first pair. I've unpaired them, set up as new, etc. and it still happens from time to time, about once or twice a day. I'll go to play a video, and sound will come out of my speakers instead of my AirPods.
