Anyone else find AirPods Handoff a challenge? Maybe I am not understanding it that well.

If I am on YouTube on my iPhone playing music, I find I have to disconnect from iPhone then switch to Mac for a Teams call. Ideally I'd like it to pause iPhone music then go to my Teams call.

Let me know if I got this all wrong! Cheers
