Airpods In Stock at many Apple Stores

This is the greenest map I have seen for airpods. Now is a good time to pick them up.
Why this things went out of stock so fast? Are there people waiting in front of stores? I'm traveling to US from Brazil on october and worried if I will be able to get mine..
Ship time now went from 6 weeks to 4 week according to the apple store app. Also just because istocknow shows that it's out of stock doesn't mean it's out of stock. Best shot is to still go to the apple store. I was at the apple store near me and though istocknow.com shows that it's out of stock, but they have plenty in stock available. They keep some of them aside for walk ins.
