I bought Airpods Max for two weeks ago. Fantastic sound, but people i talked with says i sound funny, like i am inside a can. I called Apple Support in Sweden and they also could hear difference between my airpods pro and max. Promised to exchange them as soon they received them. I sent them in and now they returned them without finding any problems with them....
Apple Support now claims they cant exchange them and it was a misunderstanding with the first senior advisor i talked with. I got an address i could send a handwritten complain. Like that will happen, i will just file a complain to a Swedish consumers association (ARN). I wonder if Apple will follow a recommendation from them. A deal has been made and should be fulfilled by Apple. And yeah people still complain it sounds like i am inside a can.
Anyone else having problems with their microphone or is it just my pair?
