I‘ve been using them for some time now, and it feels like the noise cancelling is really bad. It‘s just very mild and

The price is not a problem for me, I’m a musician and I spend thousands of dollars just on headphone gear, but I‘m really underwhelmed by the product. The sound quality seems on par with the airpods pro, which are somewhat easier to wear, due to their size.

Anyone else has this problem with noise cancelling being very weak?

I haven’t experienced any of this. Sorry you’re “underwhelmed”. Where are you/what are you doing while using ANC? I did bump into someone who said their ANC was a bit weak - compared with mine and could definitely tell something was wrong. They got them exchanged. So... maybe a faulty pair?

I honestly do think that I got a faulty pair. I‘m gonna take them to the Apple store and check it out and compare them to the others. Luckily, I bought it directly from Apple, so that shouldn‘t be a problem.

The sound is fine, just the ANC is really weak, like almost non-existent - my Airpods Pro have much better ANC than the Airpods Max.

Yeah, if you’re saying that the ANC on your Pros is better, something is wrong. I can hear my heartbeat with mine on while walking to my car at work.

That‘s kinda how the Pros usually feel for me. Thanks, I‘ll definitely take them to the Apple Store and have them exchanged.

It‘s like the ANC on my Max is not working at all when I‘m not playing anything and they‘re connected.

Try a full reboot first (I would): hold both buttons until the light flashes amber and then flashes white - 15 or so seconds, maybe. You’ll have to re-pair them, but that’s how I got rid of a few little bugs right out of the box.

Yep and if that fails then try pouring out the condensation that’s collected inside.

Best ANC headphones I own currently, if all else fails definitely return them. They seem faulty.

Tried it just now, and unfortunately it didn‘t fix anything.

I can hear my heartbeat with mine also. The ANC on mine is amazing. I can't hear the heater next to my desk, or even the sound of me typing. They are better than the old Bose QC35 imo.
