I dropped my APM:s at the local Apple Store to have the battery serviced since they last around 5-7 hrs now. They are fully functional and in great condition, the headband is sagging but not broken. Even the Genius said they looked great for three years of heavy use.
The next day I got this from the service centre (got this image from the web since mine are in Swedish but it says the same):
If I accept that repair it’s north of €300 instead of the battery replacement charge.
I immediately called my Apple Store and they didn’t understand it either, so they are resending them for a second try.
I only found this one tweet where I got the image from online. Anybody else seen this?
