Hey guys, I’m thinking of picking up some Max’s and not only would I use them for music. But I love to watch movies on my phone or iPad.

I‘ve tested them numerous times in stores and the music was loud but trying Amazon Prime and movies the volume was so low. I tested Ready Player One on Amazon and it was so pathetically low I couldn’t believe it. I had the volume set to maximum and played around with the settings and equalizer and it didn’t do much.

Are people getting low volume with other streaming services? I asked the stores is the volume limited on store units so customers don’t hurt their ears and they all said no.

Im looking for loud movie theater like sound with the bass deep and action scenes full of loud sound. Can these do it?! I could use VLC to raise the volume but that kinda defeats the purpose. And can’t use spacial audio with VLC can you?

Is there a way to get Dolby Atmos movies on iOS devices and take advantage of spatial audio with loud sound?
