AirPods max issue - sound/bass gets louder when turning head

Anyone have this issue -

when listening to a song (not spatial audio) on something with a lot of bass, seems when I turn my head to the left or right, all of a sudden it seems the bass gets louder in one ear...strange. Again, this is with spatial audio off. Anyone else having this issue? Is it something happening with the computational audio stuff?

Sounds like you are loosing the seal around your ear(s) and the APMs are trying to compensate.

The seal may be compromised on movement resulting in a change.

Try turning both ANC and Transparency off, you will need to do it on your iPhone. If it still does it then it is physical problem. If it goes away then it is software.

yea it does it w everything off

No...only on the slight turn of the head. Really odd. Never seen this before

Yea...I thought that but I’m turning so slowly - not enough to lose seal
