Hello everyone, I just got new Airpods Max and they sound amazing.

Paired with iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 14.8)
Airpods Max Firmware - 3E756

I have tried Factory reset 2 times and Hard reset 3 times, but no avail.

I rarely use them like maybe once or twice a week for listening music and I'm afraid they'll lose battery cycles without being in use unlike BOSE/Sony.

Is this normal to lose 12% battery every 24 hours without using them at all and place them stationary in the smart case and is there anything that can be done to prevent it?

Yes that happens to me as well. Rue the lack of a switch off button.

Yes, this is a common flaw with the APM, since there is no way to turn them off. I use them everyday, so it's not too big of a deal for me.
