So tried to use these today no even after a full reset they are not connecting. when I try to connect on my iPhone or iPad it just gives me the red exclamation mark and doesn’t connect. Any ideas? I have had them 13 days so if they don’t fix tonight I will be returning them, although i Have loved them up to this point.

have people had many problems with them? I am running iOS 14.8 on both iPad and iPhone.

Try going into your device settings and forget the AirPods max. Turn device off then on. Repair your AirPods max with your device. Helped the Disconnect problem I was having with my AirPods 2.

That sorted it, thanks. Had to do it twice as it caused issues when I tried to use it on my iPad as well as my phone on first attempt. Hopefully that’s it sorted now, thanks.
