Airpods Max - return by mail process?

Still debating if I am keeping or returning.

I am in the US.

Does anyone know how the return by mail works? I prefer not to go to store in COVID times

Do they use FedEx or UPS label?

I was hoping Fedex so I could just drop in a drop box...

I returned my MBA via FedEx. Walgreen takes FedEx shipment. I would suggest doing that to get a receipt instead of just drop off at drop box. Good luck.

It will be via FEDEX so you you can drop it in a drop box. For me I never trust those and I always just take mine to the fedex ship & print store as I always request a receipt for tracking.

Yes - they ask for your phone number and you instantly get a text confirming drop-off.
