Airpods Max size adjuster

Hey all, I recently got my AIRPODS MAX and have fouind that one of the sides seems to slide easier than the other. I am referring to the stainless steel bands that can adjust to fit different sizes. It seems that for mine one side moves easier than the other.

Does anyone know if these sliders will be an issue with time? Should I get mine replaced?

It gets smoother as time goes on. You also get used to pulling from the bottom of the cups, not pushing down on the top where the buttons are.
