AirPods Max v Beats Studio 3

Quick question:

I understand the AirPods Max have the full special audio support with head tracking.

Are the Beats Studio 3 ok for spacial audio? Do they simply just lack the head tracking?

Main use case will be with my Apple TV 4K for movie watching and want some sort of Dolby Atmos experience.

I would get the AirPods Max. They are better than the beats headphones.

AirPods Max are better in every regard except battery and audio quality. They’re too fatiguing imo.
