AirPods Max Verizon Orders

I ordered a space grey back on the 10th through Verizon and today out of curiosity I chatted with them to check on the status and they said they can’t find the order. I have a confirmation email and a pending charge. Has anyone received any type of communication from Verizon??

I wouldn't worry until it's after your shipping date, which I believe is Friday.

I guess what has me mostly worried is that they seem to have no record of this order number. A quick google search shows that “internet order numbers” don’t seem to ever work in tracking orders.

You should have received an email from Verizon where you can check order status.

I got it right away but the order number they gave is an “internet order number” which apparently no one at Verizon can seem to track.

As a matter of fact I actually just placed a new order right now for some blue ones that popped back up in stock and got the email right away. Purchased via PayPal so it’s easy to dispute if they try to pull a fast one on me.

So mine are now on a 7 day hold because payment was declined. Not sure what’s going on but something is up.

Tried chatting with support to no avail... I have a charge on my credit card and no confirmation email. Others be warned about Verizon!

Happy to report that despite the issues tracking my orders once I placed the order I have received a shipping confirmation email from Verizon for one of the orders. They are using UPS 2-Day shipping.

Shipping confirmation here as well. Shipping FedEx 2 day. Delivering Friday. Can’t wait!

Got shipping confirmation just a few minutes ago as well. Never ended up getting an order confirmation email (weird) but all's well that ends well.
