So I did buy brand new and factory sealed AirPods Max yesterday. Everything is fine about them. They are new and the box was sealed with original plastic wrapping. Also the AirPods itself had all the normal plastic and paper packaging.

The only odd thing about these AirPods was, that inside the sealed box there was a handwritten sticker with the serial number of my new AirPods on it.

I’ve never seen such a sticker inside a sealed apple box. Does somebody know what that’s supposed to mean?

I have two and never saw a hand-written anything inside. Very odd even especially if it came from the factory.
