AirPods Max with make up / dirt - anyone with experience?

Hello - I purchased some AirPods Max today. They're great! I got them open box so got a decent price on them. However, since I got them open box I didn't have much choice on the colour and I got the silver. Whilst I think they look great, it wouldn't have been my first choice simply because it would get dirty easily.

I've read some reports saying it has some decent stain resistance. But I've seen others saying that it can get dirty easily. For those of you who wear make up, how have they held up? When you have to clean them, does make up/dirt come out easily?

What about the headband? How have lighter colour headbands held up?

I got a silicon headband cover from Amazon.com. It comes in different colors. Works great to protect the headband from hair oils. As for the ear pads, well at least they are replaceable, but at a cost. I have not yet see third party ear pad replacements. I don't know what magic Apple's originals might have buried in them.
