AirPods on iOS 11

I don't know if I'm alone with this, but since upgrading and going through the various beta's of iOS 11, my AirPod's seemed to have gained a crackle when going between apps that use a lot of memory...


...not only this but actually connecting a single earbud has become more of an issue, 9 times out of 10 I'll have to put the single bud back into the box and then take it out again to get it to connect.



I should say I'm using an iPhone 6 128gb, that said I never had any of these problems on iOS 10 with the same phone.

I've not noticed the crackle, although I have issues using one airpod and then when putting the second one in it doesn't activate. I then have to remove both into the box and try again.

I'm having this as well on my iPhone 7 Plus with ios11.

Never had this with ios10.

Glad to see I'm not alone, was worried I'd somehow damaged my AirPod's !

Yes I notice a crackle too, although I never used the airpords with ios10. Hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.

Seems to be fixed with 11.0.1. I don't have this issue anymore

I have the crackle on 11.0.1 on my iPhone 7 plus
