AirPods Pro 2 battery drain

I hadn't used my APP2 for weeks until recently and noticed it was totally dead. In previous instances like this, I had been impressed with how long they hold their charge. Since recharging them, I've noticed the case draining to near zero in a few days without use. I'm on 5E133 and haven't been able to force an update to 5E135. Anyone else experience this and/or have ideas on a fix?

How long have you had them for? My case is 100% dead I've had it 2019 and it will no longer take a charge..
