AirPods Pro 2 battery starting at 96%

Has anyone else experienced this? I have an AirPods Pro 2 and whenever I take it out of the charging case, it says that the battery level of the buds are 95-98%. The case has plenty of charge and Optimized Charging is disabled. Why is not charging all the way to 100% when it's been in the charging case overnight?
