Anyone else have this issue, e.g.
My airpods pro 2 battery is at 80%, charging case is at 100%.
I put back the airpods back to the charging case, after 20mins, the airpods is charge to 100%, but the case also shows 100%
After 10 hours, then the charging case battery drop to around 85%
It seems like the charging case doesn't immediately shows the battery percentage.

This is a problem for me, because sometimes before I sleep, I see the charging case have 40% battery and airpods 100%, thinking that I will have enough power for the next day.
I wake up the next morning, only to find out that the charging case battery have drop to 10%.

Yea unfortunately this appears to still be an issue across all APP Gen 2’s. It’s primarily the biggest issue if you don’t use the buds for that long between case charges. Eg putting the buds back in at 97% will use 3% of the case just to charge back up. But if you use the buds to 50% and then put them back in the case it won’t use anywhere near 50% of the case to charge them.

No known fix yet that I’m aware of.

I got something even weirder. It shows different battery levels in two different places.
Apple needs to fix this poor battery management on AirPods Pro 2

Clearly the system settings aren’t getting updated as frequently or timely as the local awareness pop-up.. i would imagine that probably a minute after popping them up, the system setting number would have updated.
