Korean YouTuber Aregina did his usual tests and he found out that his unit when updated to the 6A301 FW the ANC actually decreased in performance on the mid-range meaning more voices and such are “less canceled”.

Is this a measure from Apple to save battery life to make room for the new adaptive mode and the conversation awareness extra processing needs?

actually the same YouTuber managed to backtrack on his claim and some ruptured tip caused the reduced ANC performance... phew I'm glad!
