I know the beta you had to have a Mac computer. When is it released to the public?

The new AirPods firmware was released earlier today, your AirPods should update in the next few hours/days. So you can already have the firmware, but only once you update your devices to iOS 17 (next Monday) and macOS Sonoma (September 25th) you will be able to use the new features such as adaptative audio

Just updated and works. That said the left earbud is louder than the right. Weird. Just tried the head tracking and it def is louder and boomier than the right. Ugh

I presume mine updated. That being said, the volume control on the earbuds is much better!

Did that, still didn't update. Might have to go to the Apple Store if it doesn't update this week.
