I'm getting a second replacement for my AirPods Pro 2, current problems are:

1. unstable ANC-mode on the left which turns to transparency back and forth after about half an hour.
2. In ear sensor occasionally doesn't work properly:
2.1 The AirPods won't stop playing when I take them out
2.2 The AirPods stop playing when I take them out but they start again when I want to play music on the iPhones internal speakers.
2.3 They won't connect when I put them in. To me it seems like a sensor problem rather than bluetooth.

A kind lady at apple service line explicitly asked for error 2.2, so I guess the problem is known at apple. I took my AirPods to a local store for replacement and the techie said, at present he even can't run an audio test on the new AirPods so they just have to rely on the customers statement and replace them without further investigation.

I'd say okay, that's Apples problem but ... my problem is, that I can't hear music in the meantime.

Apple, it just works ... ^w ... no, it doesn't

After a week of heavy use I can say that the replacements work better. The unstable ANC mode is gone, the AirPods Pro 2 stop when I take them out and they connect flawlessly to all devices.

I even notice a higher range, equal to my old AirPods Pro 1, the replaced ones had about 10-20% less range compared with my AirPods Pro 1.

The Firmware ist the same as on the replaced ones.
