AirPods Pro 2 vs AirPods Pro 1

I have the AirPods Pro 1, but when I've always had issues with the microphone (when I'm on the phone or dictating to Siri). Would the AirPods Pro 2 resolve make things better?
 
I mean, if you've done all you can to resolve the microphone issue with your APP 1st gen, and the issues continued, then it could be that specific set. Did you have them checked with your local Apple Genius Bar?
