Hello everyone. As we know the new AirPodsPro 2 came with Bluetooth 5.3. And the iPhone models except 14 series have bluetooth version 5.0. My question is, can we still get the same sound quality with the 5.0 and 5.3 bluetooth versions from the new airpods pro?
I mean lossless music requires huge amount of data transfer per seconds. Can 5.0 handle it ? Or do we need the 14 series to get better quality from the new airpods pro ?

10.0.1.3
I'm pretty sure even with 5.3, you don't get proper lossless support - there's just too much data being transferred. Perusing the AirPods Pro page, there's no mention anywhere in the specs for Lossless audio support; it's getting compressed along the way. Bluetooth 5.3 is more about Low Energy connections, allowing more simultaneous connections between different devices at the same time.

Basically as far as audio quality itself, I don't think there will be any noticeable difference between 5.0 and 5.3.

Currently not is possible lossless with the codec of apple, is the same for you 5.0 than 5.3, the difference is simultaneous connections.

In a future is possible that Apple enable a lossless codec maybe with Airpods Max 2.
