Airpods Pro 2 with iPhone 16 Pro, Lossless?

I have been searching and can't seem to find anything on it. I know the Airpods Pro 2 and Airpods 4 support lossless playback with the Vision Pro but now that we are getting new iPhones, does anyone know if it the iPhone 16 pro will support lossless with those 2 airpods?

Who knows, but I doubt it.

It is also only supported on the ones that come with the USB-C case and not the ones with lightning
