First time ever from Apple but I think I got a defective set of Pros. They paired flawlessly at first, then dropped the phone connection when i went downstairs (expected behavior) but then would not pair back to the phone. At all. They do not go into pairing mode. They just say these are not your AirPods and then they try to connect but they can’t — they never get to the white connect signal, etc. I did remove them (“forget this device”) and tried a million times. They don’t show up now. And, I reset everything, rebooted the phone, everything. No joy. Before I send them back does anyone have any ideas?
