Airpods Pro (2nd g) how to complete reset the device

Hi all,
i changed my phone and i reset the APP2 in this way:

- disconnected the APP from bluetooth device in the hold phone
- reset APP with long press in the reset button
- pairing with new phone

BUT: the device does not ask me the face/ear scan again. Is it ok? Where is this information stored?
