So, I'm at a loss here...

I bought my AirPods Pro (APP) nearly two years ago, they are covered under AppleCare, and as of today I'm now on my 4th set (3 replacements so far!).

This last set of APP began losing balance between left and right, then the ear tip fit test stops working for one AirPod then both.

All of my APP sets were replaced at the Apple Store, and failed all tests at the store. I keep mine impeccably clean, tried changing the ear tips, and unpairing/re-pairing.

Anecdotally, I also own AirPods Max which I've not had one single problem with, work perfectly.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, was it ever resolved? Many thanks, in advance.

I've had my Pro's for a year and they've been flawless. Had case draining issue at first but I shut off "find my" and it solved that problem. Hopefully they continue to perform the same way for the next couple of years..

I'm getting close to going for another AirPods Pro replacement myself. I've heard the crackling in the left ear periodically for a few months now. The other day, both went in to scream mode where you hear a deafening electronic sound. Have AppleCare as well.

The crackling and deafening electronic sound are the only two issues I've had with them. Otherwise, they have been great.
