Universal AirPods Pro Amplifier/Hearing Aid App

Hi,

I have a pair of AirPod pro headphones and I know I can use them like hearing aids sort of with “live listen,” but with I’m outside trying to listen to things, I hear a huge echo.

Can anyone point me towards an app that will allow me to use these headphones as hearing aids or amplifiers, but something with a simple way to make it so I can customize how it sounds and make it perfect?

Oh I see you wrote that in the OP and I forgot that the feature was called "live listen" and didn't realize you were talking about that feature. Sorry about that.
