AirPods pro ANC vs beats studio 3 wireless?

Currently using beats studio 3 wireless as my daily ANC headphones. I enjoy the amount of ANC it does (aside from the ugly white noise hiss it adds). Anyone with both AirPods pro and beats studio 3 wireless? Is the AirPods ANC as strong as the beats?

I just got some right before these were announced. I’m debating on if I want to pick up the Pros as well. Would be a lot easier on my work bag.

I have both. Way less hiss than the Studio 3's.
