For some reason, my AirPods Pro don’t appear in the Control Center as an option on my iPad Pro. The only way I can connect them to the iPad Pro after they’ve already been connected to my iPhone is to go to Bluetooth settings and hit connect.

The other issue I’m having is that when I go to Bluetooth settings > AirPods Pro > Information, I don’t have all the typical options, i.e., I only have the option of Transparency or Noice Cancelling and do not have an option for “Off” and I also don’t have any of the left/right options. Is this because my iPad Pro is my secondary device and the AirPods Pro were initially paired with my iPhone? In other words, is this normal behavior?

Something similar happened to me not too long ago. I went into Bluetooth settings on both of my devices, ”forgot” the AirPods manually, power cycled both devices, did a factory reset on the AirPods, and paired them up again. No issues ever since.
Hope it helps!
