Ive been using Shure IEM's for years, so I know that things will be slightly different with these, but still, here's my experience.
I have had these less than a week. From first opening I noticed that the join in the AirPods is quite exaggerated, so I don't know if this is a concern?
Both the M and L pass the fit test, I personally don't know which is best for me but I have been trying both. They don't go as far into the ear as the foams that I am used to, but this is fine and I understand it, its less tiring and I am hoping that I will get used to it. The convenience is a plus.
Its the noise cancelation that I am having the most trouble with. It is definitely doing something, but not a lot. If I am walking outside I can hear the traffic or even a plane fly overhead. - With it off there is a LOT of background noise, its different to Transparency, its just like a constant background fuller fuzz, and in a way louder audio than with noise cancelation on.
Does this seem right?
