Has problem with functionality of battery in my airpods pro. I found it strange that battery drains completely only when I'm taking out airpods from case. So I put it with some battery left to case and there is nothing next day. Is it normal ? I found it strange, even if I would put to empty case there should be some left and drain out during usage. I use airpods everyday for about hour maybe less and always battery is empty when taking out from case not during listening to music

I apologize but I don’t fully grasp your issue due to the syntax of your post. If I understand you correctly, you’re saying when you put the APP back in their case they aren’t charging? If so, check the charging contacts in the case. It’s possible some lint could be interfering with conductivity. Compressed air or a cotton swab will clean it out.
If it’s the case that isn’t charging, do you charge it primarily using the lightning port or through Qi wireless charging? If lightning, try cleaning it with compressed air or lacking very gently with a wooden toothpick. If with Qi try a different charger or using the lightning port.

they did charge but I find bizzare it dischare completly only when I taking it out the case and not during listening to music, battery consumption in situation when they are in case even if case is discharged should be rather slow ? Before app had different wireless phones that I use similarly and it was rather rare that they were discharged next day morning.

Ohhhh, I see. What could be happening is because the APP want to charge when they are in the case and there isn’t any current for them they are just “standing by” waiting for it. So basically instead of getting charged and going to sleep, they’re just standing around getting more and more tired. I recommend not letting the case get to zero. It’s hard on the battery and will shorten its life.
