AIRPODS PRO BATTERY PROBLEM

Hi, i have my airpods pro from 2 weeks, and i noticed that one of two has frequently different battery level after 1 hour or less of using, i see a lot of posts aout this. My question is: Just a software bug or need a replacement?

Depends on the amount of variation in the battery levels. If you use it for calls then the variation could be more. But if you’re just listening to music and the variation is still 10% or more consistently then replace them.

i see that is a software bug, and they told me to not replace them, but now is not doing this problem, just sometimes
