I’ve been messing around with the ear tips on the pro and have a small and medium in different ears. But the test will say good seal and then if I do it 2 mins later it will say adjust or Try different Tips, is it because ears are moving ? Should the the test only been done when placing earphones in ear ? The test keeps saying adjust or try different tip now, as if the test is broking. I think my ears must be small.

This has cropped up here a few times. Basically, ditch the fit test, it's bogus. As long as they sound good, don't worry about it.
I have found its best to do the test immediately after inserting the pods, with time the pods do work slightly loose with use, well mine do anyway
I had a small in the left ear and a medium in the right ear for 4 weeks and thought it was a great fit, then tried small on both and that was even better.
PS this is with the right pod angled up ever so slightly away from my ear lobe, unlike the left one.
I did find though that when my left pod started the crackling issue when in NC or Trans mode with a loud external noise the test would fail all the time.
For the couple of weeks since apple replaced my left pod the test passes all the time if I do it straight away.
