Hello,

I really like fit of Airpods 2 and use them extensively. Occasionally I need noise reduction and use my Pro gen 1. I wonder if tight fit of the ear tips would improve both passive noise cancellation and bass? I tried all 3 stock pairs and prefer to them silicone tips on my Sony earbuds, I hear air lock type sound when I put them. I think air lock effect on Sony's has to do more with more rounded shape, any recommendations?

Comply foam tips is what you need. They come S, M and L sizes. You can also get an assorted package that comes with the three sizes.

Only the large size available in the 3-pack Comply foam tips? Not medium?

They’re much better fit than the silicon tips for me, the silicon tips had a habit of falling out overtime

Honestly i think silicon tips gives better bass, comparing Dekoni and CharJenPro AirFoams Pro Active 2.0 and stock apple ones.
Also i found the memory foam ones very uncomfortable after 30 mins of wearing them, while i can wear the silicon ones for hours without any irritation.

I'm pretty much the opposite. I find the memory foams very comfortable for prolonged period of time. For me it's the silicon (stock) that irritates my ear after 30 minutes. I guess YMMV.

The stock silicone tips have the best bass for me. Foam tips can get better bass if they are large enough to compress into your ear However, the battery case prevents Comply from making them as big as they would need to be to get better bass.

I still use Comply tips in the summertime because they are much more grippy and won’t slide out of my ears.

As a big fan of Comply foam and using them for years on various earbuds with always improved sound, I was surprised that they made virtually no difference on the AirPod Pros. The bass did not improve at all and the foam tips often clicked off the bud or made loading the buds in the case more finicky so I switched back to the silicone tips, which also make the headphones lighter and easier to wear for a longer time. I use comply on the Sony XM4and there it works. I just wish Apple added a user-configuration for EQ and made the buds a tad louder. While the sound of APP2 is perfect for modern electronic music, especially via Apple Music’s Spatial Audio, some old tracks and music mastered in the old-fashioned more dynamic way could do with a bit more power.
