Airpods Pro gen 2 connection issue

Hi all,
Sorry, if there is a thread about this, I tried to find one but could not see one.

So I have just received my AirPods Pro Gen 2 and I have a problem with them, I connect them via the phone and I can't get them to connect to the iPad or any of my Mac machines.
so I removed them and tried to pair them to the Mac mini and the same problem was there then I could not connect to the iPad or phone.

I don't have any problems with the first gen or my MAX.
the firmware is the latest update when I googled it.

Has anyone else had this problem and knew how to solve it?
