Put my AirPods Pro on a Mophie Wireless charger Tuesday night and on Wednesday afternoon went to use them but firstly the case felt hot to the touch, Then I saw that the charge on them and the case had been discharged down to almost 0%. Charged them vis a lightning cable and within a couple of hours was fine and fully charged. The case has a rubber cover and although the space on the Mophie charger is only big enough for normal AirPods cases have been charged before with no problems. If the case was not square on the charger and slightly out of alignment this is worrying as I am now reluctant to use the Mophie for them. Has anyone else had this problem?.

Any wireless charger that I’ve ever used always makes the phone or the AirPods warm to touch. However I’ve never had something charging and then go to almost 0% whilst on charge. That’s seems strange.

Tested your phone on that charger lately? If it also gets hot, then something may’ve gone wrong with the Mophie?

I know my Mohpie dual wireless charger stays hot, then warm for about an hour after I charge the AirPods Pro. Then after that, if I like play around with the AirPods for a minute, and put it back on even though it is near 100%, it will charge it, and then continue to charge it even though it shouldn't for like an hour or two until it stops. That part doesn't bother me, but if your AirPods drain to 0, it could indicate a problem with the batteries...

That could be the problem right there. Don’t Apple products support PD wireless chargers only? Is the Mophie PD & is it on the Apple store (ie. recommended by Apple)?

Yes it's on the Apple store and Apple recommended. Again, for example I have both my iPhone 11 Pro and AirPods Pro on it right now. Its cool. If I were to move it down, it would be warm again for an hour, I don't know, to process if the devices need any charge...
