AirPods Pro is 1 years old.there were some issues with first releases

AirPods Pro is nearly1 years old.
there were some issues with first releases. I heard a lot of people went for a change.
is the new coming AirPods pros better _? maybe or hardware maybe with firmware they may have solved some problems.
or is it exactly same after 1 year old ?

I didn't have any issues with my first set (purchased near original release date), however I have noticed with my recent purchase that the transparency mode doesn't seem quite as robust/transparent as my first set.

Edit; I found the transparency mode in settings. Apparently this setting was released with iOS14.

I ordered day 1, have had no issues with them so far except for when I've forgotten to charge the case .
