Recently I've been having issues with my AirPods Pro, sometimes the left AirPod won't connect, sometimes it is the right. I've reset them several times, also unpaired them and re-paired them with my iPhone. the problems continue.
When I put them in my ears, both will chime, indicating that they are both functional and connecting. Then when I go to settings on my iPhone, I can't turn noise cancellation on or off because it tells me 'place both AirPods in your ears to use noise cancellation'.
It is almost as if the two AirPods are working as individual AirPods, but don't pair together properly.
I have had these AirPods for quite a few months and they were working fine without issue until very recently.
I don't find any discussions here that seem to address a similar issue.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to resolve?
