AirPods Pro keep disconnecting

I haven't quite figured out the common denominator yet, but this is very annoying. I'll be watching a video/listening to a song, click off to text someone/reply to a tweet, come back to my video or song, and it starts playing out of my speakers. Has anyone else had this issue?

Same problem. So frustrating. I have done every fix I've found and nothing works.
