I loved these headphones, but once they started giving me problems, they became absolute garbage fast! Since there is no power button, it makes it worse, because once they start bricking they may or may not turn off inside the "case".

It started with them connecting and reconnecting over and over, and I would have to "forget' them, then register them again. Over and over. Now they just blink 3 times orange and do nothing.

I can not recall EVER spending this much money on something that bricked out in this short of time. They are out of warranty also.

There is no way in HELL I'd buy these again, and I would caution anyone looking at them to do the research on these.. the bricking problems, the condensation problems, etc. I want to say that these are my "couch headphones", after everyone goes to bed I'd wear them while watching my Apple TV, so they've never even been out of the house!

To be clear, I am a huge Apple fanboy and everything I own electronics wise is Apple. But these are absolute GARBAGE in my eyes. I'm shocked they didn't make any improvements on the ones they just released, there's so much room for improvement IMO.

Taking them to the Apple Store tomorrow to see what, if anything, they will do for me. Been using my Airpods Pro and they have been rock solid!

Best of luck to anyone looking..

Willing to bet you were affected by the famous condensation issue They sound good but nothing makes up for the fact that if you use them for more than 2 hours and remove the ear cups you will see a buildup of condensation so massive unlike any other headphone I've ever used. It's funny because someone on here tried to gaslight me by saying all over ears produce condensation (which has not been my experience). Even if that's true we're talking about a difference between a 1 inch puddle vs. the Atlantic Ocean. I'm absolutely amazed mine didn't break 6 months in.

These days I use them for maybe 24 hours A YEAR. This was their opportunity for a new design with fixes for these major oversights but instead we got a port switch and nothing else. No chip update. No design change. No new drivers. No new features. Nothing. Unbelievable.

Back from the Apple store... of course, my $600 Airpods Max that are hardly over a year old are now WORTHLESS and unusable. The apple store offered to fix them for $300.. I asked them if they would give me a new pair for that, and they advised that they send them away to be fixed and I will be getting the same pair back!

I can't believe Apple is aware that this product is a manufacturer defect and are playing hard with people that paid $600 for something faulty. To me, this was an integrity issue, and Apple decided that their billion dollar company was more important that keeping a long term customer happy. OK. I get it. Nudge me over to other brands, I have one foot out of the door and have already been looking to get away from Apple.. and now I'm convinced to get out.
