Just picked up the last AirPods Pro at my local NEX. When I paired it and did the initial ear tip test, both came back green with the medium size as well as the other 2 sizes. Now 4 songs in I hear a weird noise on my left ear piece. The best way to describe the sound is that it’s muffled. As if someone was blowing wind on my left ear or if I was driving down the highway with the driver side window open. It only happens when ANC or Transparency is On.

I’ve done
- Unpaired, repaired (2x)
- Connected to another device (iPad Pro)
- Disconnect/reconnect
- Drained the left ear piece battery to 0%
- Changed ear piece, as well as verifying that it was on properly.

Now all 3 ear tip sizes show up as “Adjust or Try A Different Ear Tip” for the left ear.

Unfortunately the nearest Apple Store is an hour away and since this was the NEX’s last APPro, I can’t simply return it and pick up another one.

My PowerBeatsPro has a similar issue where the left ear piece didn’t play any audio or even get recognized by my iPhone. After draining the battery and leaving it alone for 2 days, it worked. Any advice would be freshly appreciated.
