i am using airpods pro from 2 years and was using small earbud, i noticed that after wearing both airpods whenever i chew something or open my mouth i hear a noise tickling kind of, then i changed small to medium earbud and then from right ear noise was off but still coming from left side, in starting after buying i used medium earbud but never happen this ever, is the earbud need to be replaced?

more likely it is something which originates from the anatomy of the Eustachian tube and the seal you created when putting in the earbuds into the ear channel. The tips basically seal the ear channel and in theory there is a a tiny whole in the earbud which should compensate for the pressure change coming via the E. tube when you chew (or when e.g. you run). If it is clogged for whatever reason you have the effect you describe - and that’s the reason while another “cleaner” earbud will not produce this effect. You can try to clean the earbud “outlet” surface with a dampened cotton stick - do not apply anything liquid! Otherwise you can for example place the earbud somewhat “loose” in your ear, or try silicone tips from a different batch or company.
